In February of 2019, the New York legislature passed “The Child Victims Act,” which changed a harsh statute of limitations on sexual crimes against children.

• Prosecutors now have until a child sex abuse victim turns 28 to seek a felony indictment, up from the previous 23.
• The statute of limitations for civil cases is until the victim turns 55. Plus a one-year, look-back window, in which there is no civil statute of limitations.
• The new law also opened up a “one-year, one-time-only period to allow all victims to seek civil action, regardless of how long ago the abuse occurred.
• Republicans and insurance companies were some of the law’s most ardent opponents. They argued that  “As time goes on, substantial evidence may be lost, and the memories of witnesses can grow foggy.”

Is there any safe place?

These Perverts and their Protectors will have to shell out millions of dollars as a result of these lawsuits. Some, like the Boy Scouts of America, is crying bankruptcy to side-step paying settlements. Times Magazine reports that two new cases name the Governing Body of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, whose headquarters are in Orange Country. The plaintiffs, now both in their 40s, claim elders were told of abuse but did not notify police or other families in the community.”

CNN reported that the New York Justice Department is “preparing for an “influx” of lawsuits against the Archdiocese of New York, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Rockefeller University, Jeffrey Epstein and others.” Since Epstein killed himself, they’ll go after his estate. There are those words again and it will keep coming out of the closet as more and more of these cases go public. Children who are or were sexually molested.

Millions of Sexually Abused Kids Will Never Tell!

 The “Look-Back Law.”

Even with this law, millions of perverts will continue to get away with these crimes just like the thousands of Priests, Scout Leaders, Coaches, Teachers, and the Institutions that covered-up for them. These sex acts were the types of things that went undiscussed in “polite company.”  Victims today are instrumental in making this law happen. They say “We’re not just doing it for themselves.” They want to make it easier for children who are/were molested to feel safe to speak out because memories of sexual abuse never get foggy.

Read that again. Every 9 minutes, child protective services substantiate or find evidence for, a claim of child sexual abuse.

The next time you’re in a large group, look around the room and imagine that one in ten of those people were molested as kids. According to “Darkness to Light,” a non-profit committed to empowering adults to prevent child sexual abuse, it gets worse.  One in seven girls and one in twenty-five boys will be sexually abused.

I, along with thousands of children, was sexually attacked by a stranger. I know of many others who were molested either by a stranger, relative or “friend” of the family.  Even when adults had suspicions, no one spoke out about it. At best they would keep their kids away from that “nasty” person. But, it was common knowledge.

No Child is Safe When Perverts are on the Prowl.

It’s a weak argument that kids forget being molested. I was a 2nd grader on my way to the Ira Allen School in Boston.  I was running late so most of the kids who passed through the bottom floor of my building had already gone.

I lived just across the street from my school and in those days parents weren’t afraid that someone would snatch their kids like today.  Just like I did every morning I skipped down the 5 flights of stairs.

When I reached the bottom floor a white man,  a student or teacher from the Wentworth Trade School across from my home cornered me by the elevator, grabbed me, dug his hand into my underpants, and stuck his tongue into my mouth and down my throat.

After the attack, I stood there frozen and terrified as I watched him saunter out to the street. I knew I was in big trouble.

Scared and Feeling Guilty

I bolted up five flights of stairs as fast as I could then started banging hysterically on the door to our apartment.  I was out of breath and freaked out.  My mother grabbed the door open and asked me what happened.

“What! What!” she yelled. I told her some lie like I had to pee. I ran into the bathroom, shaken and scared. I washed my hands over and over afraid to make a sound. Afraid to even cry. I just remember that after my Mother reminded me I would be late I quietly crept down those five flights of stairs, then past the elevator frightened that man would be waiting for me. Once the coast was clear I ran all the way to school.

The “Look-Back”

Did I ever tell my parents?  No. But, I remember the incident as if it happened yesterday. Thinking about that event even decades later makes my stomach heave. The statute of limitations on crimes is irrelevant.

I never saw that man again but, I was always fearful it would happen again. Now, imagine you go to church, or to Boy Scouts or a family outing and have to look at the one who molested you.

Imagine his glaring stare reminding you that you better not tell.

 Sexual Assault Meet Racism

What if this “Look Back Law” was applied to Racism? 

Is Racism even against United States Law?  Well, sort’. Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act makes it is unlawful for a person to do an act in public if it is reasonably likely to “offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate” a person of a certain race, color or national or ethnic origin, and the act done because of one or more of those characteristics.

Is telling a Person of Color to “Go Back” racist?

“An Atlanta couple was sentenced to 20 and 15 years behind bars after convicted of yelling racial slurs and pointing a shotgun at a group of people celebrating a black child’s birthday party.”   That behavior, the court ruled is against the law. 

A Stolen Memory! 

America’s History of Criminal Behavior.

I saw hundreds of pieces of rope and rusted shackles used on enslaved Africans in the African-American museum in D.C. There in glass cases are receipts of purchased slaves along with flyers of public lynching at community-wide hanging events. All proof attesting to the horrors of slavery.

Could the “Look Back” window apply?

Today, any attorney could prove that racism did and still exists.  And, furthermore, they could argue that it is fair to extend nationwide “Statute of Limitations” on filing charges against the United States for its complicity in perpetuating racism. You can bet that no one told any African to “Go Back” to Africa in those days. They needed them to work for free. So, what’s changed everyone’s mind today.

I’d venture that now the descendants of slaves have spread, multiplied and excelled in areas where only the descendants of slave owners used to reign. What made that White man attack a little girl on her way to school. Was it because he believed he had the right to do what he did. I often wonder how many little kids he got away with molesting. What was he thinking after he walked away from the damaged child he left standing by a project elevator?

Is  “Go Back Racism” a Crime? If not it should be.

Is there a national statute of limitations on bringing civil or criminal charges against the perpetrators and descendants of slavery? Can the prosecution charge the perpetrators of kidnapping, sexual abuse, lynching, and racial discrimination? And, if not, what would it take to pass a national law to extend the “Statutes of Limitation” on racism”?

My husband, born and raised in Sudan, says he learned about America’s slavery in school. From his accounts, it sounds like he got a better history lesson than most Americans do. Unfortunately, for him and most Brown and Black immigrants who come to America, he was not prepared for our special brand of racism.

It took him almost twenty years but,  he finally graduated Magna Cum Lade with a major in “Negro in America 101” and a minor in “How to Avoid Police Shooting You in the Back”. He’s working on his Ph.D. entitled, “The Big Go Back: A Lesson in ‘You’re Still Not Welcome Here.”

1. There’s tons of racism evidence available, it’s ongoing, and immortalized memories will never get “foggy.”
2. These racist crimes have been passed down through generations and chronicled in history books around the world.
3. A little white child on a family vacation walks through the African-American Museum and sees the horrors of slavery for the first time and asks. “Who did this to these people? Daddy replies, “Bad people but, it doesn’t happen anymore.” That child walks out of that museum and doesn’t look back. Racism has been erased but if reminded that feeling of initial disgust has been replaced with relief.

A Fresh Crime Scene

As recent as 2019, four House Representatives all US citizens were told by their President to “Go Back” to their country of origin if they didn’t agree with “his” policies.  Everybody knows that the “GoBack” phrase is synonymous with racism. So,  if we have a law that says racism is illegal than extending the “statutes of limitations” should work to get justice for millions of African-Americans and their descendants, right? The law would apply to anyone who uses the “Go Back” as a racist term.

Why don’t they go back and help fix the broken and crime-infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done.”

The House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning President Trump’s racist comments, ” which they say have “legitimized fear and hatred of new Americans and people of color.” Once again Republicans are its primary opponents. No one is surprised, are they?

Whereas President Trump’s racist comments have legitimized fear and hatred of new Americans and people of color now, therefore, be it resolved, that the House of Representatives:

(1) Believe that immigrants and their descendants have made America stronger and that those who take the oath of citizenship are every bit as American as those whose families have lived in the United States for many generations;

(2) That we are committed to keeping America open to those lawfully seeking refuge and asylum from violence and oppression, and those who are willing to work hard to live the American Dream, no matter their race, ethnicity, faith, or country of origin; and

(3) It condemns President Donald Trump’s racist comments that have legitimized and increased fear and hatred of new Americans and people of color by saying that our fellow Americans who are immigrants, and those who may look to the President like immigrants, should “Go Back” to their countries.

And, the resolution continues ” that by referring to immigrants and asylum seekers as “invaders,” and, by saying that Members of Congress who are immigrants (or those of our colleagues who are wrongly assumed to be immigrants) do not belong in Congress or the United States of America.”

 Let’s Talk About The “Base” Baby.

 

“Let’s Keep Maryville a White Community as much as possible,” said Jean Cramer, candidate for the Marysville City Council in Michigan in her opening remarks.

People were outraged! Why? I swear, I would have cracked up in that meeting. You go girl. Put it on out there. Say it loud, “I’m white, and I’m proud.” Sorry, I don’t care if a person is Conservative, Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Moderate, Communists, or whoever or whatever they are, the “Go Back Racism” rule would apply.

The ” White Supremacists” Have Awakened.

First: Gangstas’ calling for “White Power” is nothing new. It’s been the battle cry of racists forever. Consequently, America needs to stop pretending it doesn’t know who the “Base” is, and why they say what they say or believe what they believe.

Second: The base is white racist men and ignorant-ass women who haven’t figured out that these same men don’t give two squats about them. Wife abuse runs rampant in white supremacist communities. ” Cheese and Cracks,” as one of my aunts used to say.  Take a tip from Jean and go on and admit you’re a racist! What is the damn problem? Either you “is” or you “ain’t” one.

Finally, we all know who the “Base” is. Their children are brainwashed to hate anyone who isn’t conservative, protestant, white, not American- born, and certainly not immigrants from a non-white country.

Nonfiction: The Trump Hate Map.

The only ones new to this “Trump Base” are the people-of-color and women voters who think “The 45th” is pro-them. I believe they confuse “Conservatism” with supporting racism, sexism, homophobia, and religious persecution. Shoot on some issues; I have conservative beliefs.   So why have so many people-of-color joined this gang? Don’t waste your time trying to figure that one out. It will give you a headache.

I wanted to understand, so I watched a bunch of documentaries and news stories, and listened to interviews where these ardent Trump supporters explain why they joined the “Trump Base.” I get it, but it won’t satisfy you. At best it will irritate you.

Didn’t someone tell them that their success in a racist America happened on the backs of earlier grassroots movements? No. Those battles made it possible for many of the Trumps-of-color to get their educations, qualify for jobs, start their businesses, and buy homes. But, not everyone believes that. They want to think they did it all on their own through hard work and staying out of trouble.

Nothing Wrong With Being a Conservative or a Republican.

I’m a “Conservative” especially when it comes to people wantin’ to be all up in my “private” business. That includes worrying about what I do or do not do within my body. To me, that’s one aspect of being a conservative I can get behind — my right to privacy.  If I’m not hurting you, then leave me and my body the hell alone.

Violating my rights and diggin’ all up inside my vagina violates my constitutional rights as much as those of you who yell their right to bear arms. Why scream about your rights and trample on mine. Don’t worry about what is growing or not growing inside of my body or any other woman’s body.

This racist proclamation by the 45th (I love this designation along with the “Occupant”) gave license to any vigilante racist to verbally or physically attack, sexually abuse or shoot to kill any immigrant or Person-of Color in America.  Children are a risk. Those who are brainwashed and those who are the targets of that brainwashing. Let’s not be stupid because we all know this “Go Back” doesn’t apply to white immigrants. Canadians are not seen as “Invaders” even though the number of illegal crossing into the US is pretty high. Lots of drugs coming in via Canada as well.

These racist verbal attacks are as upfront as they have always been. Isn’t this what Hitler and his gang did to the Jewish, disabled, and anyone else who didn’t fit the Arayan Race model? What’s hilarious is that the real “Aryans” were not white at all. Go check that out on your own.

And, on top of the lies about who the pure Aryans are the U.S. Census classified Arabs as White. And, I know white racists don’t consider Arabs members of their group.  While they are jumping up and down on what information people should disclose on the upcoming census, they better have a look at the different race classifications. Someone didn’t tell them that Arabs come in all flavors.

Racial and Ethnic Cleansing in America.

When the first European stepped foot on the shores of this country, “Genocide” was in the making, the extermination of the “Original” Americans is a testament to that. I argue that this recent proclamation to legitimizes “Go Back Racism” by the  “45th” is a cover. It serves to move the agenda of the elimination of all People-of Color in America out of view. And, wouldn’t the “Go Back” movement mean that native people could tell everybody else to get out?

Beware the Eyes That Paralyze!

Take notice of that “Tea Party” man signaling his move to run against the 45th and how in some states moves are afoot to ban other Republicans to run in their Presidential primaries.  Trump is only a way to open the door for one of “them” to get into the White House. Including his demented children.

Just stop and look at the creepy Vice-President lurking in the background.  He has quietly co-signed the racism of his Commander-in-Chief.  And, like those who are complicit in the sexual abuse of children, he’s guilty, guilty and more guilty.

That man is smooth as ice and as cold, racist and as Evangelical Christian as they get. My close friend refers to him as one of the “Children of the Damned.” I think Ms. Nancy is smart enough to know that perhaps if they impeach the 45th Pence could win the 2020 election. Gives me the creeps just thinking about it. 

I have yet to hear media have a serious discussion on Pence becoming the next President should the 45th be impeached. One senior GOP Senate aide told (The New York Times) that “pundits miss the point when they speculate about what kind of scandal it would take for the President to face a serious defection from lawmakers of his party. “It’s not a matter of when Republicans are ready to turn on Trump,” the aide said. “It’s about when they decide they’re ready for President Pence.”

Mainstreaming of  “Go Back Racism.”

Oooo…someone said the “N-Word.” 

Every Black person I know has or knows someone who has heard or anticipates hearing the words “Go Back to Africa,” in their lifetime. Why suddenly are people acting shocked? It’s like this entire shift to saying “the N-word.” We all know what it means and who its target is. The word “Niggah” has spread around the world as something cool to say, and I’m tired of this hush-hush way of saying the same thing. I had to talk my niece about calling her brother, “My Nigga. “To me calling it the  “ N-word” is the same as saying it. Let’s file that word under the “Go Back Racism” law as well.

“Go Back” For The First Time.

African-Americans are heading out of the U.S in record numbers because they are tired of the same old racist nonsense about them going back somewhere. And, they say, they don’t want their kids to have to grow up in a racist society. A comment on a social media site of some (supposedly) Black woman ragging on one family that moved to Ghana saying they were dodging their destiny was crazy.  Say What? “Bot Alert!

Perhaps this national law on “Go Back Racism” could work.  If racists want me to ” Go Back” to Africa, they can give me a first-class open-ended plane ticket to the country of my choice.  As a citizen, I will still collect my Social Security monthly check and it will go further than it does here.

Furthermore, I don’t think they understand that I’ll still be able to vote in US elections. What I want when I am told to “Go Back” after I file my lawsuit is my ticket.

Post-U.S. Domestic Terrorist Attacks.

A day after the El Paso terrorist attack at Walmart, I took an Uber. As we drove past my local Walmart, I wondered if my driver thought it would affect Walmarts sales. This white man with a ponytail swinging down his back sucked his teeth.

 “Why? People here are dense,” he said.

“Dense?” I asked. 

Where did you grow up? He asked me.

I told him Boston. He replied that originally he was from Boston too but, had lived in Arizona for over 20 years. 

“Then you know what I mean, he smirked.

Suddenly, it clicked, and I laughed.  It was the best laugh after a stressful morning I had so far.  The Uber driver is 100 percent correct. Most of the folks who make up the “Trump Base,” in Arizona unfortunately, are malleable, misinformed and ignorant. And, very few of them will change those views. Trump is a Godsend they believe.

Though economically, even with all the noise about how the job market has improved for all Americans with the recent trade wars, they aren’t feeling so flush. I don’t feel sorry for the “Base” who will find out that this “new” economy isn’t going to work out for them anymore. American white farmers are feeling the squeeze now. Not happy here, go figure out where you come from, pack up your soybeans and hope someone wants to buy them at even a more reduced rate.

 “And that,” according to Forrest Gump, is “all I have to say about that.”

(Sidebar) I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that slavery was not a European invention in America. 

The story that Native people took in African slaves that ran for their lives is fraught with untruths as well. In other words, our history as African-Americans is a complex one.

We’ve all learned a sanitized often embellished history of our country, which is why we are such a confused population of people. And, we need to take this “Go Back” racism and include it, and it’s perversion into our history books.

 Alaina E Roberts, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of History at the University of Pittsburgh. Her article “How Native Americans adopted slavery from white settlers,” puts a new spin on who did what to whom. She writes that Black people in Indian Territory were denied their rights even after their emancipation.

Roberts argues that it was a series of treaties with some but not all tribes that finally freed slaves from Native Indian slavery. “Members of five Native American nations, the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, and Seminole Nations (known as the Five Tribes), owned Black slaves. So, it wasn’t always the lovefest Black Americans learned about fugitive slaves and the “Original” Americans. 

So Who’s Leaving? 

Right now, there is a fear that there will be more people-of-color than European invaders in America. Smaller numbers mean less power. Simple math so those who are unhappy with that reality should go. For example, when you go to a house party, and you’re not having any fun you leave. You don’t stay and expect everyone else to go home. Then it’s not a party. So, if you’re not happy with the diverse colored mix in this country, you can leave. 

The Mayflower Cruise Line

How about we build replicas of the creaky ships their European ancestors came over here on for an “authentic” experience back to their countries of origin. Or we can offer the budget adventure package for those with less income and those racists can take a couple of years sailing on a replica of a slave ship back home. No pretzels and no free drinks It will be a crowded voyage because the majority of white Americans aren’t doing so well financially. I’d suggest that they eat before they go, and women bring extra tampons, it’s a long ride.

“Racism and Narcissism”

Donald Earl Collins writes that America’s original sin is that “The Trump administration has its roots in US colonial history.” 

• He continues that “The successors of those early colonists are still obsessed with myth-making, engage in self-aggrandizement and pursue riches, greatness, and empire. 
• Collins also explains that “They still seek to exploit those designated as “others” and are indifferent to their suffering. Further on, he elaborates that they also use excuses to resort to the “wanton destruction of people and the erasure of their cultures.” 
• Wow! Talk about confusion and anger. That Presidential candidate, Elizabeth Warren, was called “Pocahontas” gives you an idea of how deep this white male fantasy goes. Does this make them “perverts”?

John Smith vs. Plymouth Rock 

It’s near and dear to many Americans.  The “rock” is protected by the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Massachusetts as part of the Pilgrim Memorial State Park. When it’s nothing more than a pebble, the ground it sat on will be sacred.

No End Date for the “Statute of Limitations” on “Go Back Racism.”

 They’ll be lots of places for “depressed & angry” racist to go. We’ll call it “The Great Migration Back to Europe.” Now, whether they’ll be welcomed back in their countries of origin is another issue. 

Of course, I’m sure they’ll work it all out. Once these racist malcontents return to their homelands, they can set up all-white enclaves and close their borders. I think in England Brexit will work to their advantage.

Of course, they’ll have to leave everything related to the different cultures they love behind. No more NBA, NFL, and other sports dominated by Black & Brown people. No more picking and choosing which culturally-based foods they’ll eat: no more “cool” styles, music, and hairstyles they want to emulate.

Wow! Talk about confusion and anger. A Presidential candidate, Elizabeth Warren, was called “Pocahontas,” which gives you an idea of how deep this white male fantasy goes.

Kick all Perverts Out? 

Time to Say Farewell.

More importantly, they can take those old slave-owner statues and Black-face antics with them as well. We’ll pack and ship them if they’d like as a reminder of the days when they reigned supreme. 

It will no longer be necessary to have debates about who came first the Pilgrims or John Smith. Whoever came first were “Invaders,” and now it’s time for them to either “Go Back” or pay up. And, we’re talking trillions of dollars in court settlements. Either way, it’s time to go. Gloria said it best.

Oh my!  What will we do with all the “Mixed-Race” people?

No more enjoying their mixed-race “icons” (I hate this word), including Barak Obama, Jackie O, “The Rock,” Vin Deisel and the list goes on and on. America is a mishmash of cultures. 

There are lots of Mixed-Race people in my own family. The majority of Americans have some “mixed” blood ancestry no matter how small, including me! I think most of them will be able to pass the “I’m Not Racist” test though. I remember as a girl asking my Mother, who this white man was at one of our large family get-togethers. 

She retorted, “He’s not white. He’s my brother.” Oh! Well, he looked white to me along with his wife, Aunt Priscilla. But, then again my Grandmother looked kinda’ white too. We didn’t care; they were family. So what? Just sit down and enjoy the “mix.” 

The Dilemma of ” The Melting Pot.”

 Fortunately, the United States can learn something from South Africa. These days Native South Africans figured out a way to use their brand of “Statute of Limitations” against racism, and they are demanding their stolen land and resources back. White farmers who occupy close to 70% of the property aren’t feeling to secure right now. So, it looks like the “Go Back” movement in reverse doesn’t ring fair. More importantly, when it comes to those invaders, they won’t go peacefully.

Give It Back! Give It Back!

In line with this new concept of extending the statute of limitations around some African countries are demanding the return of all their stolen art and archeological finds. This entire “Go Back” movement is expanding. Above all t’s opened up a real can of worms. I love the title of this article published in the Christian Science Monitor, the “Art of the Steal: European museums wrestle with returning African art.”\

When I think of the implications for all the Museums and private collectors across America, it’s a trip. I’ve yet to hear angry voices yelling, “Send it Back. Send it Back” when it comes to that. My first trip out of the United States with my friend Carol was to France. I spend a day by myself at the Louver Museum. Eventually, I made my way to the Egyptian room, and I gasped. “Good Lord. They’ve got an entire temple up in here!” I said to myself. And, I thought the Egyptian Room in Boston was pitiful in comparison. It was my favorite room.

Shoot! I can’t celebrate Thanksgiving like I can’t visit the Zoo anymore.

Knowledge of a truthful American history story spoiled it for me in spite of the people who say; it’s a day to celebrate family, etc. It doesn’t work for me anymore. What’s worse is the invaders keep on comin’. In fact, according to National Geographic, there was no Thanksgiving Celebration. There certainly was no gratefulness.

The invaders were lost, diseased and didn’t say, “Next year it will be my turn to feed you at our house.” There was no macaroni and cheese, stuffin’, canned cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes & gravy or sweet potato pie. Subsequently, I like the real story better because it sets the stage for the state we find ourselves in now. The United States History propaganda needs a revision.

Back in the day, it was a lot easier for the “Invaders” to set down roots in America.

I grew up when people challenged the separate but equal doctrine. But, your race isn’t always the dividing line.  Is wealth privilege the new racism?  Is it enough to tell people that at least they have a job when they can’t afford to live in the city where their employment is?  Economics has always given people the power to determine who is supposed to “Go Back.”  You’ll often hear the same words used to blame people for their poverty.

More shootings everywhere. Racists want a civil war.

Lamenting Days Gone By. It’s over.

If there were just more white male babies were being born, none of this would have happened.  “We don’t wanna’ be the minority. We built this country. We own this now.”  I say, go back and read our history books and accept that you are the “original” illegals and stop whining about the following things.

First.  If a Black President weren’t elected, then we’d all be living in peace.

Second.  If women didn’t have the vote. And, what if women stayed home, had babies, and had dinner ready when men came back from work. It would be easier. What if they didn’t complain about their butts being slapped on at work.

Third. If Muslim women didn’t wear headscarves and all Muslims became Christians.

Fourth.  If only all Jews had been wiped out by the Nazis, and the Japanese had stayed in internment camps. If the Chinese would do laundry and cook shrimp fried rice.

Fifth. If Lesbians, Gays, and Transgenders  “Go Back” into the closet, we wouldn’t have to give them their rights.

You Are Not Welcome Here. “Go Back.”

Sixth.  If only Mexicans stopped crossing the border, we wouldn’t have to hear Spanish, and they wouldn’t take our jobs.

Seventh.  If Black people were still slaves and not calling us out on our bullshit in Congress on how we run our country, things would better. We shoulda’ burned and lynched all of them. Instead, we’ll blow up all their churches, and anywhere they go out to shop like Walmart.

Women, So You Want to be Equal?

Eighth. We wouldn’t fight so hard against a women’s right to choose abortion if they’d make more white babies. If you don’t want them, we’ll buy them at a premium rate. Remember the lie told by the Trumps about adopting Russian a baby?

1. Farmers in California (who voted in mass for the “45th”) cry as their crop rot on the ground. Why? There aren’t enough “legal” migrant workers or even “illegals” (who they hire and pay cash). Whaaa!

I’d even venture that the fight against Women’s access to birth control and abortion is nurtured by “White Fear.” The fear of being outnumbered and wiped out by hoards of people-of-color invaders and breeders is real. If “White Fear” is a mental health crisis than open up more mental health facilities, and drop opiates in the drinking water to dull the pain. While you’re at it open up more jail cells because it will get worse in this America.

It’s the End of Patriarchy and White Domination!

Mainstream media is finally willing to open up its mouths and call it what it is? Why has it taken so long to let the sunshine on it? People-of-color have known for generations? I have an easy answer. Mainstream media is controlled by the very people, who are the topics of this open discussion. Racism behind guns isn’t the issue having to be faced not whether a father is raising sons in the home.

Stop Blaming Moms for Terrorism.

I mothered a son without his father in the picture, and he hasn’t gone on a rampage killing innocent or guilty people with a published hate-filled manifesto. And, if any kids had a reason, it would be those most oppressed by a systemically unjust system with the desire to wipe Black kids out “by any means necessary.”

If my child had gone on a mass shooting spree or if he patrolled his neighborhood carrying a military-style weapon, he would not be escorted out in handcuffs. He’d be dead. He’d be labeled a terrorist, not an alleged domestic terrorist harvested for usable organs. That is the new American way.

European invaders came to the Americas to increase their wealth and broaden their influence over world affairs. And flee disease, depressions, religious persecutions, and crowdedness. Sue the Pilgrims who arrived in 1620.

Let’s talk about the European “Invasion” History 101.

 

The Great European Migration to America tells a heroic tale of how they built America.

1.  By 1650, England established a dominant presence. The first colony at Jamestown, Virginia, in 1607, and the Pilgrims, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, arrived in 1620.

A couple of lawsuits have made it through the courts with loses for one Neo-Nazi leader and another White Supremacist.  On August 10, 2019, a Federal Judge ruled that neo-Nazi leader Andrew Anglin must pay more than $14 million in damages. It was for using his website to launch a campaign of terror against a Jewish woman and her family. Just five days after a terrorist attack targeted Mexicans and which killed 22 people at a Walmart in El Paso.

The American Mix Can’t be Undone.

I think White Supremacist and racists not happy with the combo we’ve got going on here should “Go Back” to their own countries or stay here and assimilate. Expand your horizons stop trying to run the show. Relax.

You don’t like the new diverse America then pack up your shit and leave.  We won’t miss you. Conversely, whatever happens, change in the racial dynamics in this country are inevitable. Our children have become used to diversity if we “overtly racist” grown folks would stop dragging them to hate rallies.

Does the First Amendment allow the government to punish individuals for expression that may lead to unlawful conduct?

The “45th” violated the “Go Back Racism Law.”

First. Don’t most agree that “The 45th” words incited a terrorist to kill and injure people in El Paso, Texas? What’s the difference between a Neo-Nazi attacking a person of color on a college campus, or a White Supremacist targeting a person of color online. What about a U.S. President unleashing hateful words and messages against Mexican-Americans, and other people of color, Muslims, Jews or Gay which end up in mass shootings or bombing.

 

However, according to “The Incitement Test (Brandenburg) it depends and it doesn’t. Keep your eye on that Supreme Court Ruling. Keep your eye on the Supreme Court. It always boils down to money because it seems that what it boils down to in this country.

My advice to the “Go Back Racism” Brigade is to be very careful.

Payback is a Bitch!

The next time a White supremacist acts up, they might “Go Back”  to an empty bank account. And, that includes all instigators including “The 45th”.  As well, the conviction of the crime of domestic terrorism will be the loss of citizenship in the United States. But, as the 45th said about Congress accusing him of a “cover-up” he said, “Bull Shit!” and goes on strike! And now, there’s COVID-19 and the lie that Black people’s immune system will protect them. I had to dig to find an article that confronts this concept of  “Go Back Racism.”
